Please read these terms carefully before using Jobalrt as an employer or recruiter.

Employer Terms of Use

Terms governing employer and recruiter access to and use of Jobalrt

These Employer Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Jobalrt website, mobile application, platform and related services ("Jobalrt", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") by employers, recruiters, staffing firms and other organisations or persons who post jobs or access candidate information ("Employer", "you" or "your").

Jobalrt is operated by Namsbel Global Pvt. Ltd. ("Namsbel"), having its registered office at [Registered Office Address].

By registering as an Employer, accessing the Platform or using any Jobalrt employer service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the Jobalrt Employer Privacy Notice, on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use Jobalrt as an Employer.

For Employers, Jobalrt may provide services including:

  • creation and management of employer and company profiles;
  • posting and managing job listings;
  • receiving and managing job applications;
  • searching for and accessing candidate profiles and resumes/CVs;

  • recruitment and staffing services; and
  • other recruitment-related technology services introduced from time to time.

Jobalrt is a platform and facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jobalrt does not itself guarantee candidates, applications, interviews, hires or any particular recruitment outcome.

2Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally competent to enter into these Terms.

If you register on behalf of a company, firm or other organisation, you represent that you are duly authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organisation.

You must be at least 18 years of age and must provide accurate information about your identity, your organisation and your authority to act for it.

You must be engaged in genuine recruitment or hiring activity. Jobalrt is not intended for use by persons seeking to collect candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment.

3Registration and Account

Certain Jobalrt services require you to create an Employer account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself and your organisation;
  • keep your information updated;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • not share your account credentials except through authorised sub-user features provided by Jobalrt;
  • immediately notify Jobalrt of any unauthorised use of your account; and
  • not create an account using another person's or organisation's identity or information.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account and the accounts of your authorised users, subject to applicable law.

Jobalrt may require verification of your business email, mobile number, company registration, GST, website or other information where reasonably necessary to maintain platform security and trust, and may limit access until verification is complete.

4Accuracy of Employer Information

You are responsible for the information you provide to Jobalrt.

This includes information relating to:

  • company or organisation name and legal identity;
  • registration, tax and business details;
  • industry, size and location;
  • authorised representative and contact details;
  • company description, website and branding;
  • whether you are a direct employer or a recruiter/staffing agency acting for a client; and
  • any other information you voluntarily provide.

You must not knowingly provide false, misleading, fraudulent or materially incomplete information, and must not misrepresent your identity, your organisation or your relationship with any client you recruit for.

Jobalrt may take appropriate action, including restricting access, where information appears to be fraudulent, misleading or materially inaccurate.

5Job Postings

You may post job listings through the Platform, subject to these Terms and any applicable service limits.

Each job posting must:

  • relate to a genuine, current vacancy that you are authorised to fill;
  • accurately describe the role, location, responsibilities, qualifications, salary/CTC range (where stated) and employment terms;
  • identify the hiring organisation honestly;
  • comply with applicable labour, equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws; and
  • not contain misleading, discriminatory, offensive or unlawful content.

You must not post jobs that are fake, duplicate without need, placed only to collect resumes, or that require candidates to pay money or provide sensitive credentials.

You must promptly close or update listings once a vacancy is filled or no longer available. Jobalrt may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove any posting that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

6Access to Candidate Information

Depending on your service plan and the candidate's selected profile visibility settings, you may be able to search for, view, download or receive candidate profiles, resumes and application information.

You agree that you will:

  • use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes related to your own vacancies or those of a client you are authorised to recruit for;
  • comply with all applicable data-protection and privacy laws in your handling of candidate information;
  • keep candidate information confidential and protected with reasonable security measures;
  • limit access to personnel who need it for recruitment;
  • not sell, rent, license, publish or transfer candidate information to any third party except as lawfully required for recruitment or with the candidate's consent;
  • not use candidate information for unrelated marketing, spam, lead generation, building databases for resale or any unlawful purpose;
  • respect candidate requests for correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent that are communicated to you; and
  • delete or securely dispose of candidate information when it is no longer needed for the recruitment purpose, subject to legal retention requirements.

Once you receive or download candidate information from Jobalrt, you are responsible for your own handling of it, and you may have independent legal obligations in relation to that data.

7Recruiters and Authorised Users

Where Jobalrt allows you to create sub-user, recruiter or team-member accounts, you are responsible for:

  • ensuring each authorised user is a genuine employee, associate or agent entitled to act for you;
  • ensuring each authorised user complies with these Terms;
  • removing or deactivating access promptly when a person leaves your organisation or no longer needs access; and
  • all acts and omissions of your authorised users as if they were your own.

Recruiters and staffing agencies acting for clients must have proper authority from those clients, must not misrepresent which organisation is hiring, and must not post or circulate a client's vacancy without authorisation.

Jobalrt may limit the number of users or the volume of searches, views or downloads permitted under your plan.

8Communications with Candidates

You may communicate with candidates through the Platform or using contact details lawfully made available to you for recruitment purposes.

Your communications must:

  • be relevant to a genuine job opportunity or recruitment process;
  • be professional, truthful and respectful;
  • identify you and your organisation accurately; and
  • comply with applicable laws governing email, SMS, calls and messaging, including consent and do-not-disturb requirements.

You must not send spam, bulk unsolicited promotional messages, chain messages, or communications unrelated to recruitment. You must stop contacting a candidate who asks you to stop.

9Fair Hiring and Candidate Payments

You must not demand, request or accept any payment, deposit, fee or financial favour from candidates in exchange for:

  • job applications;
  • interviews;
  • shortlisting or selection;
  • employment offers;
  • background verification, training or registration; or
  • guaranteed employment.

You must not ask candidates for sensitive authentication or financial information such as OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, Income Tax or EPFO login credentials, or card details.

Identity or statutory documents (for example Aadhaar, PAN or bank details) may be requested only at a legitimate onboarding or payroll stage after an offer, only where genuinely required, and in compliance with applicable law.

You must not discriminate against candidates on grounds prohibited by law, and you remain solely responsible for compliance with employment, equal-opportunity and labour laws in your hiring decisions.

10Prohibited Activities

You must not use Jobalrt to:

  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • create a fraudulent or duplicate employer account;
  • post fake, misleading or unlawful jobs;
  • collect, scrape or systematically extract candidate data or Platform data without permission;
  • copy or reproduce the Jobalrt database or candidate database;
  • sell, resell, share or misuse candidate information;
  • harass, threaten, mislead or defraud candidates or other users;
  • discriminate unlawfully;
  • send spam or unsolicited promotional messages;
  • solicit payments from candidates;
  • distribute malware or interfere with Platform security;
  • attempt unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
  • reverse engineer the Platform except where permitted by law;
  • use automated bots, crawlers or scripts without authorisation;
  • share your account or paid access with unauthorised third parties;
  • circumvent plan limits, access controls or security measures;
  • advertise competing recruitment services to candidates through the Platform; or
  • use Jobalrt for any unlawful purpose.

11Employer Content

You retain rights in content that you lawfully own and submit to Jobalrt, including company information, logos, descriptions and job postings ("Employer Content").

By submitting Employer Content, you grant Jobalrt a non-exclusive, limited, worldwide licence to host, store, display, distribute, promote and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform and provide the services, including displaying your jobs to candidates and, where applicable, on partner channels.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

Jobalrt may remove Employer Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12Intellectual Property

The Jobalrt name, logo, website design, software, databases, search and matching tools, features, text, graphics and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Namsbel/Jobalrt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Platform only for its intended recruitment purpose and in accordance with your plan.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit Jobalrt's proprietary materials, including the candidate database, without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

You may not use the Jobalrt name or logo in your marketing without prior written consent.

13Third-Party Services and Links

Jobalrt may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications or services.

Such third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Jobalrt is not responsible for the independent operation, content, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

You should review the applicable third-party terms before using them.

14Paid Services

Jobalrt employer services may be offered on a paid basis, including subscription plans, job-posting credits, candidate database access, resume views/downloads and other features.

Before purchasing a paid service, the applicable:

  • price;
  • taxes (including GST);
  • service description and usage limits;
  • payment terms;
  • validity period;
  • renewal, cancellation and upgrade terms; and
  • refund terms

will be presented to you where applicable.

Paid services are for use by the purchasing organisation only and are non-transferable unless Jobalrt agrees otherwise in writing. Unused credits may expire at the end of the validity period.

No payment should be made to an individual claiming to represent Jobalrt unless the payment is made through an authorised Jobalrt payment mechanism.

15Refunds

Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the specific service purchased and the applicable refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees for services already used or consumed (for example credits utilised or resumes accessed) are not refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16Suspension or Termination

Jobalrt may suspend, restrict or terminate an Employer account or access to features where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • these Terms are violated;
  • fraudulent, fake or misleading information or job postings are identified;
  • candidate information is misused or extracted without authorisation;
  • candidates report payment demands or harassment;
  • the Platform is misused or there is a security risk;
  • fees are unpaid or payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith;
  • unlawful activity is suspected; or
  • required by law or a competent authority.

Where appropriate, Jobalrt may provide notice or an opportunity to rectify the violation. Jobalrt may act without prior notice where necessary to protect candidates, the Platform or the public.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid. You may close your account through available account controls or by contacting Jobalrt.

17Account Closure and Data Deletion

You may request closure or deletion of your Employer account.

Closure and deletion may be subject to:

  • legal obligations;
  • pending transactions or unpaid fees;
  • dispute resolution;
  • fraud prevention;
  • security requirements;
  • regulatory, tax and accounting requirements; or
  • information that Jobalrt is legally required to retain.

Closing your account does not relieve you of your obligations regarding candidate information you have already received or downloaded, which you must continue to protect and handle lawfully.

18Privacy and Data Protection

Jobalrt's collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Jobalrt Employer Privacy Notice and, for candidate data, the Jobalrt Candidate Privacy Notice.
