Business Development Manager (BDM) / Client Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within IT Services, GCCs, Product Companies, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors and a proven track record of acquiring direct clients for contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and project-based hiring services.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT Staffing Sales / Recruitment Sales.
• Proven experience in acquiring direct clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong network across HR, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
• Knowledge of Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, RPO, MSP, and Project Staffing.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of staffing commercials and margins.
